" In order to minimize the transmission of the Corona Virus, we put up stickers so that service users can maintain their distance from each other during check-in, inspection and during the waiting room," said Abdullah Usman as a General Manager of PT. Angkasa Pura I Adi Soemarmo Airport.
Abdullah Usman also said that Adi Soemarmo Airport had also activated the Emergency Operation Center (EOC) since March 16, 2020. The EOC involved Angkasa Pura I, Indonesian Air Force, Police, CIQ, Ailines, Pertamina, Groundhandling, Airnav and Hospitals. Emergency Operation Center was established as the center for coordination, command and communication of disaster management.
Adi Soemarmo Airport's efforts to maximize the awareness of the Corona Virus Disease 2019 (Covid-19) also has been routinely conducted by checking / checking body temperature using a thermal scanner in The International Arrival Room and checking using an infrared forehead thermometer (non-contact) thermal scanner at the Domestic Terminal.
