Another temple that depicts the Megalithic concept in the classical era is Cetha Temple. Based on data from 1928, Cetha Temple has thirteen terraces, the lowest terrace is on the west and goes up towards the east with the main temple on the top terrace. However, a restoration carried out in 1978 that was not in accordance with the restoration method resulted in nine existing terraces. On the fourth terrace there is a range of reliefs, among which tells the story of Cuddhamala. On the sixth terrace there is a statue of the guard and Bhima, besides which there is a phallus with two balls. On the seventh terrace, there is a phallus of a two-meter-long stone array, located in front of a huge turtle. Between the turtle and the phallus there is a spherical shape decorated with sunlight.
