Boyolali, October 6 2014, In order to support Directors policy for improve the level quality and implementation of Documentation of Quality Management Systems based ISO 9001:2008 in the neigherhood of PT. Angkasa Pura I (Persero), on October 1&2 2014 that held Socialization and Workshop of ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System Documentation at PT. Angkasa Pura I (Persero) the branch office of Adi Soemarmo Surakarta.
The event organized by the Quality Management Department Head Office was attended by Mrs. Citra Castelinobanu as PTS Quality Management Department Head and Mr. Aditya Tri Sukma as Quality management Officer in collaboration with SPRINT, an institution that handles ISO-based certification as ISO 9001: 2008 Documentation consultant, The event was attended by 30 participants from the branch office, all participants who attended represented each unit in the branch office. The event was opened by the Sales & Shared Services Department Head on October 1 at 09.00 WIB. The first day of the event was a socialization of the ISO 9001: 2008-based Quality Management System documentation, on this occasion discussed the scope of ISO 9001: 2008 to the understanding and explanation of the ISO 9001: 2008 Quality Management System Documentation Hierarchy. Quality management of a company in determining the quality of goods / services produced.
On the second day, the event was continued with workshops and document creation at level 2 and level 3 of the Documentation pyramid. Here participants are required to bring a laptop and play an active role in making the document. A total of 3 groups of participants were formed in the event to make procedures and work instructions where each group was required to make at least 1 procedure and 1 work instruction followed by a percentage from each group. The event ended at 17.00 WIB and closed by the Sales & Shared Services Department Head.
